Inspired by the mayor of Halloweentown in A Nightmare before Christmas, the Elope Gothic Top Hat has you covered in all dress macabre. The hourglass shape of the tall crown is reminiscent of the delicate corsets seen in fetish clubs. The decorative cabochon/buckle adds a victorian touch. Available color: Black only (of course).
