The traditional 6 panel ballcap has a fused buckram skeleton that forms the rounded athletic 4″ crown. Spandex has been woven into the cotton velvet cap to allow for maximum stretch and comfort. Each panel has a sewn eyelet for ventilation. The inner elasticized sweatband stretches for fit, just like the cap. Each FLEXFIT ballcap has the ‘perma-curve’ bill or visor, so all the customizing work has been done and all you have to do is simply wear the cap!
